Sarah joins TwinLogic Strategies after 8 years at Visa, where she served as a leading public policy advocate for the world’s preeminent brand and payment system. At Visa, Sarah helped create the policy strategy behind the company’s successful global government relations agenda for all branches of government as well as the company’s relationships with strategic third party allies. She also oversaw government relations for Visa Canada. Sarah is expert in navigating the intersection between financial services and technology policy, deepening the firm’s capabilities in these areas. She also brings a strong network of relationships both on and off the Hill..
Prior to joining Visa, Sarah was a Senior Vice-President of Government Relations at another DC government relations firm where she oversaw relationships with clients, providing both policy guidance and advice on political strategy. She also served as a Republican Professional Staff Member for the Senate Banking Committee, where she advised Members and staff on various legislative issues including: bankruptcy reform, financial privacy and other domestic banking issues. In this capacity, she monitored and engaged in the regulatory activities of the Federal Reserve, FDIC, OCC and the OTC. Sarah also worked as senior legislative staff for several Members of the House Financial Services Committee and started her Capitol Hill career on the capital markets subcommittee.
Sarah is a graduate of Belmont Abbey College. In addition to being the mother of three young children, she is active in several animal rescue organizations and fosters dogs.
